Rachel Richardson
The Principal
Rachel is a skilled and passionate leader and educator, with over 20 years of experience in schools across Australia and overseas. A key aim for her is to work in partnership with families to help young people discover and grow in their God-given gifts and talents, so that they can make a difference in their community both now and in the future.
Jeff Jones
Business Manager
Jeff is an experienced Business Manager, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and has over 30 years of accounting experience. Jeff is also an experienced leader, having had key leadership roles in local government, education, aged care, and not for profits for over 15 years.
How We Are Run
The College is independently owned and operated. While it is accountable to all applicable State and Federal laws, it is governed by an incorporated body – an association of people who care deeply about high-quality, Christian education.
The Mid North Christian College Association has been formed by Christian parents who desire an education that incorporates Christian values and principles for their children in a caring and disciplined environment with a high academic standard.
The Association holds regular meetings throughout the year and has an AGM at which annual reports and statements of audited accounts are presented. Board members are appointed from the Association, and meet monthly to oversee the vision, strategic direction, and site master planning.
